The wine tank system has been designed especially for wine enthusiasts. It is an ideal solution for those whose annual wine production exceeds the capabilities of traditional methods using fermentation barrels and aging in barrels or smoked barrels. The steel tanks we offer are equipped with a water jacket and temperature measurement, allowing for its control during the production process.
The tanks are also equipped with wheels with brakes and handles for convenient movement, and their dimensions allow the use of standard utility rooms.
The nominal capacity of the tank is approx. 250 liters. Variants of closures are available that allow the use of lids for maceration, fermentation and floating. The capabilities of the tanks are complemented by: a wine drain from above the sediment, a tasting valve and inspection doors to remove the must after maceration.
