Standardized tank for low-volume beer or wine production

The wine tank system is designed specifically for wine enthusiasts. This is ideal for those whose annual wine production exceeds the capabilities of traditional methods using fermentation barrels and maturation in barrels or smokehouses. The steel tanks we offer are equipped with a water jacket and temperature measurement, allowing its control during the production process.

The tanks are also equipped with wheels with brakes and handles for convenient movement, and are sized to take advantage of standard utility rooms.

The nominal capacity of the tank is approx. 250 liters. Closure variants are available to allow the use of maceration, fermentation and floating age. Rounding out the tanks’ capabilities are a wine drain from the lees, a tasting valve and an inspection door for removing must after maceration is complete.
